Rest and be Thankful – Bus Schedule Update

Good news for residents and visitors wishing to use the bus connection service at the Rest and be Thankful.

Update:

• From Monday 22 May all the Oban and Campbeltown scheduled buses will be stopping at the Rest.
• These stops are no  longer on a request basis – all buses will stop.
• There is no longer the need to pre-book your ticket.
• Pre-booking at busy times is recommended.

Argyll & Bute Council will be sending a letter explaining the new services to all residents.

It is unknown, but hoped, that the online bus schedules will be updated to reflect the service and that it will tie in with the connecting buses from the village.
