LOCHGOIL COMMUNITY TRUST
Trust Director Election: October 2018 AGM
There are nine elected directors of Lochgoil Community Trust Limited. At each AGM, the three longest-standing directors must retire from office. All three are standing for re-election, meaning there are three places on the board that could either be filled by those existing directors being re-elected, or by new people choosing to stand for election to the board.
If any new people choose to stand, an election will be held during the AGM to decide who should take those three places on the board.
In order to qualify to stand for election as a director, you must already be a full member of the trust. To be considered for election as a director, you must apply in writing with a signed letter proposed and seconded by full members who can only propose or second one director, to the company secretary:
Elizabeth Bain, Cherry Bank, Inverlounin Road, Lochgoilhead, Argyll PA24 8AH
The letter must be received at least seven days before the date of the AGM, which is being held on Thursday 25th October..
