The following measures will be taken to prevent the spread of the Covid virus:
Hand sanitiser at the door, face masks to be worn, names taken at the door for track and trace, seating one metre apart, open windows for ventilation (no heating), dress for warmth.

As an experiment, the option of joining the meeting by Zoom is being offered to those who cannot come to the hall. Those attending by Zoom will be seen on a large TV screen.
