Help us raise funds for a new project please…
Following the Cormonachan Woodlands Association’s success in raising the funds for the new car park at Cormonachan community woodlands that will open in June 2017, we are now looking ahead to the next big project. The project includes the creation of a new path from the top SW corner of the Squirrel Trail to the old village of Upper Cormonachan and the waterfalls, a distance of about 0.75 km shown on the attached map.
We’re asking for a bit of help, but don’t worry, it won’t cost you any time or money! All we’re asking you to do is sign up to GoRaise, and then whenever you buy things online, you can raise money for Cormonachan Woodlands Association.
If you shop online, can you please help raise money for Cormonachan Woodlands Association. You buy the same things at the same price, and the only cost is to the retailer. To get started just visit https://www.goraise.co.uk/cormonachan-woodlands-association
We also want to tell you about the GoRaise ‘donation reminder‘ tool. Once installed, it means that you no longer have to visit GoRaise before you shop online, as it reminds you whenever you land on a partner retailer site and gives you the percentage that will be donated to the association.
Please let us know if you have any questions. Supporters raise on average 5 times more when they use the reminder tool. There are almost 3,000 retailers in the scheme ready to make a donation, including John Lewis, Aviva, thetrainline, Marks & Spencer, TK Maxx, Boots, Currys and Argos and so very many more – it doesn’t cost you a penny extra!
It takes 30 seconds to register, so please give it a try and visit https://www.goraise.co.uk/cormonachan-woodlands-association
Of course we will also be applying for funding for this project from various sources and it may take a year or two to raise enough money but with our members helping using this simple method, it will happen quicker than otherwise looking for donations.
Thanks for your support.
