A community group has been founded to coordinate volunteer effort to keep our elderly and vulnerable population well.

The practice can not share with this or any other community group information on whom we would consider medically vulnerable. We therefore decided to distribute letters from that group by practice staff and by post to our vulnerable and elderly patients. Please keep this letter carefully as its receipt will be the only evidence of need which the practice can provide now or in future.

If you have not received such a letter by the end of this week, but think you should have, after reading through NHS Inform and related sites, feel free to contact the practice, but please bear in mind that our time now is very limited and our energy best spent on either helping patients directly or preparing for the next phases of the pandemic. It might be better for you to simply liase with the group directly.
