BT will be hosting a further series of drop-in events throughout May and June across Scotland to explain what Digital Voice is, why the change is necessary and what it means for customers.

We would appreciate your help in raising awareness of these events in your communities so that elderly and vulnerable people are reassured and supported through the switchover. The events are aimed at BT customers but staff from any supporting organisations are also welcome to attend the events to learn more about the switchover, there is no need to pre-book, just turn up.

Confirmed events are shown in the attached list along with a one-page guide and individual event posters that can be shared on social media channels. We will also be sending invitations directly to customers advising them of their nearest event.
