Anyone for tennis?

Good news. There is a new tennis net for the multi court (thank you Iain) and the post winder handle has been fixed (thank you Geoff). We are waiting for a key safe to go in place next week as the net will be left in a secure place.

In the meantime, it’s hard to play tennis on your own. It’s even harder to find someone to play with at your level. That is easy sorted.

If there is enough interest I can create an informal list of locals and holiday home owners looking for a hitting partner or a game. You will be emailed the list and then it is up to you to make contact.

This is not a tennis club, a social club or a league for competitive games. There are no set times. Open to all levels.

If you want to add your name, email lengow@btinternet.com with your: Email address, mobile number and an indication of what level you are: beginner, past player, experienced. You can add any comment you wish that may be helpful.

If you have any rackets or tennis balls gathering dust in a cupboard you could consider donating them to the court and they will be held in a secure area and available for use.

Our tennis season is short. Let’s get this going and have some fun.
