- Not exceeding 2 hours – Cost per hour

EVENING CLUBS
- 7.30PM – 9.30PM
- Adult £15.00 After 2nd hour £5.00 per hour. Youths £8.00
COFFEE MORNINGS
- Not exceeding 3 hours
- Local users £75.00
- External users and political users £150.00
USE OF HALL FOR OTHER PURPOSES
- Local users per day 9.00am – 5.00pm £100.00
- Evenings 7.30pm – 10.30pm £60.00
- Evenings Small Hall 7.30pm – 10.30pm £30.00
- Mornings 9.00am – 12.30pm £60.00
- External Users per day 9.00am – 5.00pm £200.00 or POA
- Political per evening 7.30pm – 11.30pm £200.00
- Political per morning 9.00am – 12.30pm £200.00
OVERNIGHT STAYS

TABLE TOP SALES
- 9.00AM 5.00PM £12.00 per table min £60.00
OTHER CHARGES
- Use of hall to set up stalls and tables Charge will be same as for meetings
- Use of library for all other charges 50% of Hall Charges
- Use of kitchen including crockery £20.00
- Trestles Per Night each £3.00
- Chairs Per Night £2.00
- Use of TV for meetings not exceeding 2 hours £10.00
- Use of Large Bar Cooler for 24 hour period £25.00
Evening Functions
Hire charges includes the Library and Kitchen 6pm to 1am
Local users £160.00 with optional bar £40.00 extra
External users £200.00 with optional bar £60.00
Other Functions
Weddings or other functions are accepted at the approval of Hall Trustees, who set charges for
the Benefit of the Village Hall.
New Year Dance with funds going to an external or Political Party charged £500.00 + £50.00 Bar
Dance or Party with bring your own bottle 6pm to 12 midnight, building closed 1am £200.00
On Departure
The hall is to be left clean and tidy as you find it or an extra charge of £70.00 will be made for cleaning. Any damage will be charged at cost of repair or replacement.
