April Medal Results
The winner of the medal competition held on Thursday 5th April was Christian Carvel with a net score of 57. Ritchie Hopkirk was the winner of the medal competition held on Saturday 14th April with a net score of 62.
2’s recorded were as follows :-
Thursday 5th April – Christian Carvel – 15th hole, Andrew Jenkins – 15th hole and Kyle Egan – 16th hole.
Congratulations to all our competition winners and to everyone that had recorded 2’s on the course.
Club Mid-Week Outing
The Club’s next mid-week outing will be held on Thursday 10th May at Callander Golf Course. Cost will be £35 which covers a round of golf, breakfast rolls with coffee/tea on arrival and a two-course dinner. 25th Anniversary Celebrations
There are events planned throughout the year to celebrate the club’s 25th Anniversary year. To kick start the celebrations, we have booked “Spotlight Duo” for a Dance in the Village Hall on Saturday 26th May from 8.00pm till late. There will no bar so please bring your own refreshments. Tickets for golf members and guests, which will be on sale soon via the committee, are £5 per person. There will also be a free raffle with fantastic prizes.
A warm welcome is extended to Jim Miller, David Kay and Ian Bence who have recently become members of the club. Membership Application forms are also available locally from Alan Howden at the Costcutter Shop and from Stephen Moses at The Goil Inn. We will be only too happy to let you have all the information that you require. Our annual subscription is £40 and we have no joining fee. Green fees are payable direct to Drimsynie House Hotel.
