The National Park Authority has opened a public consultation on their
review of the Core Paths Plan. The Plan, which was adopted in 2010,
outlines the network of Core Paths that give the public “reasonable access”
throughout the park.
The Core Paths in our locality are those sections of the Loch Lomond,
wider Cowal & and the Cowal Way that lie within the National Park.
People are being asked to give their views on the proposed changes
and to make further suggestions for improving the Core Path network.
The draft plan and consultation questions can be found at: HERE
The consultation closes on 15th February 2019.
